Shipping Terms

I. Payment Methods

  1. You can select products based on your personal preferences and needs, and place orders via cash on delivery (COD).
  2. For return requests, please refer to the mall’s Return Agreement.

II. Logistics Terms

(2) Dispatch Time
  1. After your order is successfully placed, we will arrange goods preparation in the order of placement, with a dispatch cycle of approximately 3 working days.
  2. Dispatch is not restricted by time periods; deliveries are available on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
(3) Delivery Time
After the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days.
(4) Sign-for Instructions
  1. Please provide an accurate receivable address and contact phone number when placing the order.
  2. Please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt: verify if the outer packaging is intact, if the quantity of goods matches the order details, and if the shopping list is complete. Do not unpack the product packaging before signing for receipt. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse acceptance.
  3. If you cannot sign for the goods in person, you may entrust others to sign on your behalf, and the authorized person must strictly comply with Item 2 above.
  4. The delivery courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the designated address on the waybill; anyone at the address (e.g., receptionist, family member) may sign for receipt, and there is no guarantee that the goods will be delivered to a specific individual.
  5. Due to risk control reasons, order information cannot be modified after payment confirmation. Please ensure to fill in the correct address and phone number when placing the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  6. From now on, stranded orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be retained by the logistics provider for 5 working days. The company will notify you via email; please reply to the email or contact customer service promptly. If no reply is received within 5 working days, the company will arrange to return the goods to the warehouse and process a refund. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

III. Return & Refund Policy

  1. If the product you ordered has quality defects, you may apply for a full refund.
  2. The return/refund methods and specific conditions shall be subject to the relevant markings on the product sales page and during the ordering process.
  3. Returned goods must be kept in their original condition as shipped: the product itself, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials must be complete. If there is a physical invoice, it must be returned together with the goods, and you shall sign documents such as credit notes as required by relevant laws and regulations; otherwise, the company has the right to reject your return or refund request.
  4. You understand and agree that when the company needs to process a refund for you (due to your return/exchange request, the company’s inability to accept all or part of your order, or the termination or invalidity of the contract for any reason), the company will handle relevant documents required by laws and regulations on your behalf (e.g., invoices, credit notes).
